2. The mixing chamber is tilt-able. The dry mechanical shaft sealing is adopted for the mixing shaft leakage so that the cleaning and color changing can be easier.

3. The pressure sealed mixing chamber can not only ensure the quality of the mixture but also prevent environment pollution.

4. The mixing chamber is made of top quality alloy steel. Its surface has been treated for abrasion resistance. The coated hard chromium on the surface is of superb anti-abrasion quality.

2. The mixig shaft is mad of 20CrMo alloy stte forging parts, while for the position where can be worm easily is welded by wearing-resistance rapid steel from Germany additionally as well as hard chrome plating, so the performance become more excellent.

3.For the side leak-proof device, adopt high-tech material epoxy glass-cloth for manufacturing through high-pressuring die-casting. The features are anti-wearing, easy-to-maintain and no chemical reaction.

4.With "M" structure for pressuring gland, the mixing of rubber material becomes evener and more complete.
